Recycling Program
Starting in October 2010 our recycling program will be making some changes. Due to popular demand we will be adding a second pick up per month. Local Waste Services will be at the Almont High School, 4701 Howland Road the 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday of each month from 8 am to 12 noon.
Recyclable Products Include:
Paper - Shredded, Color, Glossy
Newspapers & Magazines
Catalogs & Phone Books
Cardboard Boxes
Aluminum & Tin Cans
Plastic Containers & Plastic Bags
Clear glass
Unacceptable Items Include:
Paper Milk or Juice Cartons
Styrofoam Containers/Packing
Garbage
Paint Cans
